More informations: Ships and hydrofoils Ships and hydrofoils can now moor directly the port of Ginostra. Two times every week, all year long, a ferry-boat Siremar from Milazzo passes by. There is also a ship from Naples (Siremar again), which travels by night, leaving from the Beverello Wharf at 9 Pm. Many daily hydrofoils (Siremar and Snav) connect Ginostra with other Eolian islands and the port of Milazzo. A Snav hydrofoil leaves Naples (Mergellina Wharf) and reaches Stromboli Island in 4 hours. An other one connects, usually in July and August, Reggio Calabria.
